Somerville Police Department’s Lt. Dan Cotter and Deputy Chief Mike Cabral have lunch at Carmichael Dining Hall on Wednesday, October 17,  as Tufts University Dining Services hosted local Medford and Somerville firefighters and police officers for the annual Chili Fest.
