Project SOUP receives grant

Jack Connolly (left), of Wedgwood-Crane and Connolly Insurance Agency, presents Mark Alston-Follansbee (center) and Kathryn Benjamin (right) of the Somerville Homeless Coalition with a check for Project SOUP, SHC’s food pantry and meals program. His agency’s donation was matched by the Arbella Insurance Group Charitable Foundation to help “drive out hunger” in Somerville.

    This is where the pay raise for the mayor should have went. These people should never have to need money for what they do. Besides the fact we should have no need for a service llike this. Good job Connolly.
