Why? It’s just a normal thing to pick up and clean around your property. My wife and some fo the other neighbors on the street go out and sweep up, pick up the litter as just a normal everday thing. Maybe we need a train the slobs here compaign. People no longer know how to put trash in a proper container? I wouldn’t dare throw something in the street, even today my father would be reaching for his leather belt. Didn’t need so much street sweeping years ago, people just had more pride here.
