Public meeting on flood-related issues

Mayor Curtatone and Ward 5 Alderman Courtney O’Keefe invite all interested residents to a public meeting to discuss flood-related issues and proposed mitigation in the Cedar and Hall Street neighborhood.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 31 at 6 p.m. at Lowell Street VNA. Proposed work in this area will include water, wastewater and stormwater system upgrades. Upgrades to roadway, sidewalk, and bike accommodations will also be completed as part of this project Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2014.
