Over two hundred motorcycles lined Franey Road in Somerville on Sunday as they prepared to make their way to Dello Russo Funeral Home located at 306 Main Street in Medford.

A wake for Krystal Campbell of Medford, one the Boston Marathon bombing victims, is scheduled to take place between 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Medford funeral home on Sunday.

Krystal Campbell was among the three people killed when bombs exploded at the Boston Marathon on Monday.

wake_protection_2_webThe hundreds of bikers are planning to form a barrier around the Medford funeral home just in case members of the Westboro Baptist Church show up on an allegedly promised protest.

The Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) is an American independent Baptist Church known for its extreme ideologies, especially those against gay people and violence.

nice work. i’ve been hoping someone would take this on. I’d do it myself, but I don’t think i’d stop anyone! this will be a real strong message to people who are so ignorant as to interfere with anyone’s funeral.
